We first opened our doors to the general public in Nuneaton on 14th January 1994 and during this time we have helped thousands of people to buy, sell or rent properties in all types of price ranges and our ethos has never changed, we believe that the way to be successful is to provide the best advice and service to the customer, always putting you first.

We are now celebrating a significant milestone of 30 years in estate agency and this is something that we are very proud of as our business has changed immensely during this time, particularly in respect of the technological changes that have taken place but also the new regulations that we are constantly embracing.

We are in an extremely competitive business but we feel that we have the edge over our competitors due to the very personal service we offer to our clients, myself, Melanie, Tom and the lettings team have years of experience and are always on hand to offer any guidance when required and we always endeavour to keep our clients fully updated with matters. We consider that this is why we continue to generate repeat business, resulting in a constant number of referrals and further enhancing our reputation as one of the best estate agents within the local area.
